I'm not sure if this is a bug or intentional. One of my characters is currently rogue, and has a unit. I've noticed that as a rogue, you cannot loot or TO. The looting I can understand might be to detur players from staying rogue too long. Though it may just be a bug. The TO thing I also see two sides of. One, it would make sense for rogues to be able to CTO and create a new realm. Then it would not be a "colony" of a parent realm, but one started by nobles, thus allowing them to choose their own government and such. On the other hand it would be a mess code wise. "Rogue colony"?<br>
