I'm starting to see this whole discussion as redundant. If you check  
the Inalienable Rights page on the Wiki you'll see that all this was  
discussed and resolved two years or so ago. Somewhere there it even  
explicitly says that while banning for inactivity is bad, bad, bad, at  
the same time inactivity is NOT a protection against a ban you had  
coming anyways.

This has all been discussed to death already. I doubt we will find any  
new insights in this revival.
