[Discuss] Updating Standing Orders as Second in Command

I've never understood how it can be "difficult" to figure out what time it
is locally when given a server date.

Unless you travel all the time, all you have to do is remember the
difference from one place (server) to one other place (your house).  And you
don't even have to remember the exact time, just generally whether "sunday
morning" server time will be "sunday night" or "monday night" or "sunday
morning" for you.  The server is located centrally enough that those are the
only possibilities.  A maximum difference of 13 hours.
