[Discuss] Banning Characters

Titan report, clear and simple. I don't even know why you brought this 
to the d-list. Either you're correct that they're banning you for not 
logging on, in which case the Titans will deal with them, or you're not, 
in which case you're making nasty accusations for no purpose.
