[Discuss] Banning Characters

I'm just wondering what people are suppose to do when they have 
characters banned because they can't logon to the game. Because this is 
the second time I've had it happened to me, apart from other stupid bans.
But Lasanar, roleplay with them. I go to sleep and 24 hours later when I 
finally got time to login again. I had character stripped of being 
Duchess and Banned from the realm.
And now with Pian en Luries. I sent OOC to ruler saying I haven't time 
to play much. Next time I logged on I wrote RP reply saying character 
sick. And then finally log on a few days later and I'm banned and lose 
another Duchess title.

Yeah so what am I suppose to do in this situation
