Never? Might just be all those armies I happen to have seen then. Fairly
common I would say for marshals to use standing orders as stickies.
Because it's easier to put it there as emphasis. Lost your orders? don't
search for it, look it up on the stickie.
Obviously one could say most people are not using it properly.
