[Discuss] exile and positions

The King might have an army but it would never be big enough to enforce of 
removing a Lord/Duke from it's place. I can get he would exile aka cut the 
Lord/duke from the realm.
So I'm ok with the feature. Afterall the King can ask his other lords to 
help in taking back the region if it changed allegiance.
