[Discuss] exile and positions

Note: the following is not meant as a specific criticism of the exile  
feature, or any other particular feature of the game, but rather as a  
philosophical discussion.

Historically, the King would not only have had the power of a number  
of high positions (dukeships, etc) himself, he would also have had the  
power of an army, would he not?
