[Discuss] Updating Standing Orders as Second in Command of Army

I don't mean the code should be changed. I mean that's how quite a few 
armies use it. It doesn't have to be wounded.. player could possibly not 
logged on for days, for example.

I remember seeing orders that said refit... or rally in certain place 
that went unchanged for 1 month when the army has been to the front and 
back a few times.

Thus, if players want to put move in certain turns (or by specific 
dates), etc, they should date the stuff themselves.
