[Discuss] Feature Request: Merge Cavaliers and Mentors

Mentors should not be merged with *any* other class, forcing some one to be
labelled a Mentor will only discourage newcomers further when they find out
that they aren't really a mentor, they're just their for the honour
benefits.

The Mentor class should be completely independant of the class system and
you ought to be able to choose to be a mentor irrespectable of your class.
