[Discuss] Feature Request: Merge Cavaliers and Mentors

I think this was discussed a long time ago, when talks were on for
emmisary class...

Can the cavalier and Mentor be merged? Cavalier just gets a little
more H/P in battle, and CW is not allowed. I accept that, but it would
be so much more fun if the Cavaliers were able to take students, that
is, be  mentors...

Thoughts?
