same as temples (same option). have to view their religion as evil, etc

haven't done it myself, but it should be listed under the same link as 
looting temples.. or at least that's what the description says 
(something about temples or shrines)

we had a shrine looted months ago.

you get a few gold mules to drop a ton of gold into the temple treasury, 
then get an elder to enlarge it. it's under one of the temple management 
options available to elders.

just don't shrink it by misclicking the wrong link.
