An Awe-Inspiring Temple of Dunkontology in Isadril on the East Continent.

I don't know how much it cost to expand to that level.  It's 800 gold
to expand to a Level 5 (Large) Temple, and the other costs along the
way suggest that it's at least 2,500 to go from Level 7 to Level 8.
Rough guess (assuming that's accurate) something like 7,500 to go from
Level 1 to Level 8...

Someone must have better records than I do.  Mine are incomplete.
