Sorry, my mistake. Someone pointed out to me that this discussion is about 
Dwilight. With all the discussion about the daimons on BT, I got confused.

Prudent is the daimon ruler on Beluaterra, not Dwilight. I have no idea how you 
could get in touch with the daimopn leader on Dwilight, without traveling to a 
region and contacting the region lord.

There *used* to be a link to some mysterious ruler on Dwilight, but it was 
removed.
