I pointed out OOC to the Generals that the message sent to the General 
Channel that the GM message there was an OOC message to the General -- it 
should not have been used IC and should be ignored for IC purposes.

Double check the message -- it clearly states the message from the Daimon 
Lord was OOC.

Sure we all know there are Daimons -- but unless the Daimon Lord has sent 
other messages IC, we're still IC required to not know about him.
