To be fair, I believe Sint killed Ashborn before being with the daimons. I'm
not sure Avalon really used them much, as it turned on them not long after,
and I don't think they used it. As for RoF, as for a few realms, they never
asked for them. First they got Silent who, obviously, was rather silent.
When the king said "No, we aren't fighting anyone", he pretty much left,
despite how his political oppenents secretly attempled to manipulate the
daimon into doing their deeds for them. Later, Rampaging joined, I can't
even remember (selective memory, perhaps), but I think he might have been
the one who torched Fwuvoghor down to the ground. RoF was cripled when I
took power, its capital sieged by daimons immediatly after a successful
rebellion (hell, they killed all the loyalist forces which made the rebels
succeed). Melegra was lost, and RoF was on the danger line for a long time,
overthrowing the TO many times, neighbours unwilling to help and Summoner's
undead valiently slain using the wrong settings and therefore causing no
damage. Then, a daimon joined, he rallied the daimons and did civil work,
helped repair. None knew what he wanted, but he sure made things
interesting. Most of RoF hated the thing though, especially its ruler, but
since he couldn't kill it himself, he sent it against Avalon, who had wanted
it to die, and who had insulted him just a few days before. He would have
killed Avalon with it, and then attacked Riombara (if the daimon would have
stayed that long), but never did he want the daimons to remain, so RoF never
acted to prolonge the daimons as far as I know (can't say for the republican
forces). JO also shared almost everything he knew with the other rulers (and
unlike most, with his realm-mates, all of them), he simply didn't give his
sources so he was labelled as a raving madman.

Another thing that probably made people shy of sharing is the fear of being
cut-off, the fear that if the inhuman factions learned than an individual
was spreading their words to the whole word, they'd stop telling them
things, and they'd be left in to dark with the ignorant mass. That's why JO
never gave quotes, anyways, and recapitulated what he was told (well, to
foreigners, I think he simply copied the messages for his realm-mates).

Also, I don't think I ever heard of the League of Champions... what is this?
As for the daimon worship closing down... Why did it, anyways? These
"victories" are so dull when little human action was required... On a side
note, what the hell was up with the monsters' death? That was lame, and we
almost felt cheated by what obviously seemed to be the GMs simply getting
too bored of them to end them correctly... to allow humans the satisfaction,
or the guilt, of their destruction. I was in Thalmarkin when they came and
said "The betrayer is here, daimons know our island, we will punish you!"
Nobody had the slightest clue what they were rambling about, and we were
just irritated by their presence. A monster island? Didn't seem to fit with
anything that was going on, seemed like a cheap fabrication made on the
spot, which I still think it is. Hell, I even doubt that what they said was
true, than any human betrayed them, especially at this point. Things were
much more interesting with the monsters and undead than with the daimons,
atleast there you were forced to research and spread your knowledge: after
all, you wanted to be in the right faction, and wanted the others to do the
same. Also added the political intrigue.
