[Discuss] Dwilight Daimon Contact

Is there any way for someone to contact the daimon lord on Dwilight? I
assumed that he is a ruler or general of a "realm"(game-mechanics
wise) but that didn't work. My character needs to contact him but has
no way based on the messaging mechanics. Presumably, IC, I would just
send a messenger and if he gets eaten, oh well, my message got
through, he was just a messenger, but how do I do this IG? I don't
even care if it comes down to--give me your character's name and I'll
send him a blank letter, then just use the Reply link to send your
message--but I would like some method of contact seeing as it makes
sense IC.
