I call bullshit on that. The vast majority of complaints are coming from
a small group of people, and more often than not people who are very
well aware of how exactly the Titans decided in the cases they complain
about.
Also, there is a very strong pattern of people from a realm that is
currently being beaten badly in a war complaining. My gut feeling is
that a statistical evaluation would find a strong correlation. I'd say
at least twice as many complaints are sent from realms currently losing
in a war than from those currently winning one. I dare to say that at
least a considerable part of those additional complaints are hurt
feelings, very much the way that sports fans are more aggressive if the
home team lost.
