[Discuss] Hunting after Battles

In the colonies we've been in a region for about a week successfully 
winning battles, and we've been ordering hunting.  No one seems to have 
successfully hunted, the hunting parties return safely without finding 
any enemies.  There are plenty of scattered and retreated units in the 
region, at the moment there are 6 units like this, with a total of 79 men.

 From my experiences it doesn't seem normal to be hunting like this and 
have no results.  Has the hunting code been changed?  And if so, was it 
intended to be like this or is it a bug?
