<i>A while back, as Louis-Joseph Chénier, second and now eldest son of
Alexandre Chénier, came to meet the hidden first offspring of Pierre
Chénier, his uncle: Nicolas Chénier of the Far East.</i>

He passed the guards, he could easily identify the tend housing his cousin,
by the banner on the coat of arms and by the fact it was the only obviously
noble settlement there. "He's been expecting you" one of the soldiers
reported as he passed by, probably the captain, he didn't bother to look,
the only person of interest here was the man in the tent, he who shares his
blood. The tent was close, now, he would finally meet him for the first
time.

His men were singing and dancing, or so Nicolas supposed, as outside the
tent, they made a lot of noise. He would stay in Enweil, it would seem he
was more appreciated here than he first though, by the letters his scribe
was reading him. He was planning his return, but he still hadn't
accomplished one of the things that he came for... Dusk wasn't too far away,
anymore, as the noise around his tent started to dissipate, and a man
stumbled into his tent, dirty and breathing heavily. "Sir", he gasped. "A
foreigner, a priest, by the looks of it, approaches your premises." He bowed
and turned around as Nicolas acknowledged him, leaving the tent. Nicolas
stood up and made himself a little more presentable, and stepped outside to
meet his cousin.
