Roleplay from Lek Kindon

Lek belted on Jormungandr and checked her dagger; she smiled fondly up
at Sennianus, “I’m ready, my love. Turning swiftly then, she led the
way from the cabin. She looked back over her shoulder at him, “By the
way, after we finish with the Captain, you and I are going to have a
long discussion about how I will make the travel plans in future.” He
wisely held his tongue as they made their way onto the decks.

Spotting the ship’s Captain at the helm, Lek addressed him in a
sugar-coated voice, “Oh, Captain, a moment of your time, sir.” He
glanced at her and then brusquely said, “Busy, Lady. Ship’s dockin’
soon. Doan have time to be chattin’ wiv the passengers.”

Lek stepped closer to him, fixing him with her icy stare and smiling at
him like a shark, “You mistook me. I wasn’t asking you; I was telling
you. Do you see the large, naked Viking behind me?” The man looked
over her shoulder and his face paled, “Ah yes, I see that you remember
him. In a moment, he is going to be throwing you off the ship. If
you’re lucky, you’ll still have all your limbs attached when he does.”

The Captain looked around for his men and opened his mouth to call out,
closing it abruptly as the tip of Lek’s sword materialized under his
chin. She tutted at him, “None of that now. You have made a grave
error, I’m afraid. Took his money under false pretenses…I believe that
you have upset him.” She glanced at Sennianus who was watching her with
pride, “My love, did you have any special way you wanted to kill him?”

“Only the dead way,” Sennianus grinned back at her.

Roleplay from Sennianus the Mad Andrasta

Sennianus stepped forward and drew his sword. The ship crew watched on,
but nobody tried to interfere, as the sight of the angry barbarian had
nailed them to the spot. Lek moved out of the way and winked at
Sennianus when he passed her, but his eyes were fixed on the captain.
With a determined pace, he approached his target, and gripped the man by
the throat. Gurgling noises came out of his mouth, as he tried to gasp
but the smallest breath of air, but Sennianus tightened his grip even
further. He slowly brought the tip of his blade before the captain's eyes.

"Do you know what happens to people who betray a Viking's trust, good
sir?", he asked with a tone that would strike fear into the heart of
even the bravest of men.

The captain was powerless to speak. "I'll tell you...," Sennianus
continued, "Have you heard of the practice of blood eagles?"

Apparently, the captain knew all too well about them, as his eyes
widened. He reached for his coinpurse and held it up, but Sennianus was
uninterested. "Keep it, my good man... perhaps you can use it to
facilitate your eternity in Hel."

He pushed the captain towards the rail of the ship. "Rope!" he shouted
at a trembling sailor. The young lad quickly complied. "Tie him to the
rail!" Again, the boy hurried to do what he was told. When the captain
was firmly secured, his back towards Sennianus, the Viking turned to the
fearful crowd.

"My friends! Watch carefully, and take notice. I will make a show out of
your good captain, so you will think twice before following his example!"

He turned back to the captain, who was begging for mercy, and ripped the
shirt of his back. With two quick strikes, he sliced through the flesh
on both sides of the man's spine, exposing the back of his ribs.
Sennianus grinned as the captain screamed in agony, before cutting
through the bones. Blood dripped on the floor, as Sennianus prodded
around inside the wounds, until he had a firm grip on the cracked ribs.
Then, he yelled loudly, and pulled them apart before grabbing the lungs
and ripping them out. The captain's scream was cut off, as no more air
reached his mouth. Writhing in pain, he slowly suffocated to death.
Sennianus cut through the ropes tying the now dead captain to the rail,
and threw him overboard. Then, he moved over to the terrified first mate.

"You there. I suggest you turn this ship around and sail to Dwilight,
before I send you after your captain.", he said calmly.

"C-can't... sir...," the man stuttered.

Sennianus frowned. "Excuse me? Was I not clear, perhaps?"

"Y-yes... but... n-not enough w-water or f-f-food... too far...," cried
through tears of terror.

Sennianus sighed and planted his sword in the floor. "Bloody
peasants...," he mumbled, and then turned to Lek. "Well, my love, it
seems we're stuck here for a while." He extended his arm, and a smiling
Lek took his hand.

"Perhaps I should make you pay for your foolishness, boyo...," she said
in a sly voice, "Perhaps you will have to actually sleep at night for a
few weeks..."

Sennianus bowed his head. "Forgive me... I guess I will have to conquer
you an even bigger kingdom on Dwilight to make up for this."
