Gialon to the Order's emissary: "So, do you mind telling me now, what is
going on here, why the secrecy, you must be Laura's men, why is she having a
baby, here?"
Emissary: "Sir Gialon, Milord, the information you request to be given to
you is strictly confidential and please accept my apology for not being in
position to share it without the necessary approval by those involved such
as the Princess herself."
As Gialon heard the Emissary's reply he sighed, his eyes boring into the
man, before he gave a slight nod of his head, saying coolly;
"Understandable, I suspect I will have to ask her myself when she is in, a
better shape."
Looking up a smile spread across Gialon's face as he saw his captain
Engelbrecht 4 men of his company and a maid from his house coming through
the trees. Their arms filled with more blankets, carrying some water bottles
and alcohol, and the maid carrying a small amount of delivery equipment.
As Engelbrecht saw the camp he heaved a sigh of relief, clearly glad he'd
followed the tracks correctly, stopping in his track as he saw Gialon raise
a hand motioning him to stop. Saying in a calm sounding, measured voice;
"Engelbrecht, good to see you, the men weren't lying. Please, hand over your
supplies to them, and do not disturb the shelter, it is a delicate phase.
Take up position near the edge of the camp somewhere."
Engelbrecht nodded slightly at Gialon's words, he and his men quietly
handing over the supplies they were carrying to some of Laura's men, who'd
jumped forward as Engelbrecht and his company came out of the woods.
Engelbrecht motioned shortly to his men and after handing over their
supplies they quietly made their way to the edge of the camp, the path
they'd come, and relaxed there in a small circle. The maid stood looking
around somewhat forlorn.
Gialon surveyed her carefully for an instant, recognizing her as a maid
who'd helped the midwife with several childbirth's at his family's estate,
before looking back to the shelter, seeing Robinson's bustling form, the
supplies his men had brought being rushed towards him, turning again to the
order's emissary and saying with a small grin;
"Go see if the healer requires any assistance from someone who's helped in
childbirth before."
As the maid heard his words she started rushing towards the shelter, Gialon
put a hand on her shoulder as she rushed past, stopping her in her tracks,
saying calmly;
"Let one of the men of the camp check, it's a, delicate situation, they'll
let us know if they want further help."
After those words Gialon turned his eyes to the shelter, unable to see much
through the bustle in there, sighing and resting against a nearby tree,
outwardly calmly waiting untill he heard something. Altough his mind was
still racing with questions, questions he knew would have to wait.
