Roleplay from Lek

“El,” Lek motioned towards two of the kegs of Heiusk beer that Lady
Daenah had sent her, “have some of the boys—NOT Silas—take these to
Sennianus’ encampment.”

“Eh, my lady?” Elrdred was shocked, “Is that really wise? You might set
him off again!”

“El, the real Sennianus, MY Sennianus is still in there—inside that
crazy man’s head—and I’m going to get him back.”

“He may never forgive you,” El spoke gently, “Even if he does get his
mind back—there’s no guarantee.”

Lek was determined, “First he needs his mind back, then I’ll worry about
that. Here, give them this note to take with the ale. Go on—get it done.”

Elrdred left the tent and rounded up some of the men—NOT Silas—to
transport the ale. Before he handed them the note, he read it himself
and worried for his lady.

“Sennianus, my love, my only love.
I know who you really are. Please come back to me. I will always be,
Your fair Lek”

Roleplay from Sennianus the Mad

Sennianus cursed Wolfgang for the rude awakening. He could sense the
disdain in his captain's voice when he announced that a delivery had
arrived at the camp. Sennianus wondered what it could be, he did not
have any outstanding orders. Much to his surprise, he found a keg with a
letter attached to it. He figured it came from Lynch - he was known to
give out barrels of ale for no apparent reason. But when Sennianus
ripped the note off the keg and read it, a frown appeared on his
forehead, and he clenched his teeth.

“Sennianus, my love, my only love.
I know who you really are. Please come back to me. I will always be,
Your fair Lek”

Was she trying to goad him? Trying to anger him so he would storm to her
camp, sword drawn, so she could run him through? She knew that he was no
match for her - not now. Was she trying to reach her beloved? Yes! That
was it! She knew he was there, somewhere, and she wanted to get to him.
Perhaps he had made a mistake when he let the Sennianus she knew to the
surface... no, it had been the right choice. She would have killed him
if he had not, he had no doubt.

Sennianus felt a mild sting in his temple. He rubbed the sore spot for a
second, and then crushed the crumpled letter under his steel boot. He
took a long stare at the keg. Damn you, Lek Kindon..., he thought to
himself. You are wasting your time. He picked up the barrel and hurled
it into the bushes before turning to his men.

"That keg does not move, do you understand?", he yelled. "If I find that
it has moved but an inch, I'll have five of you miscreants executed and
fed to the crows!"

He stepped back into his tent, grabbed a piece of rice paper and a
pencil and started writing:

Dear Lady Lek,

Thank you for the ale. Hopefully, the creatures of the forest I dumped
it in will enjoy it. Your pathetic attempts are futile... if I were you,
I'd spend my time practicing swordplay.

Sincerely,

Sennianus Andrasta

He carefully folded the letter, placed it in an envelope which he
stamped with his new seal, and sent a messenger to deliver it to Lek’s camp.

Sennianus the Mad Andrasta (Knight of Sandalak)

Roleplay from Lek

Lek read the returned note, but refused to despair. Her father had
always taught his girls to fight for what they wanted—and she was
prepared to do whatever it took to win this battle. She just had to
find a way to get through to him.

And keep him from killing her in the meantime.

Lady Lek Kindon (Countess of Unagae)
