Lek took the mug gratefully and drank deep. All too soon, the mug was 
empty. She held it out to Sennianus who was standing there looking at 
her drinking, “More,” she commanded. Wordlessly, he refilled the mug, 
handed it to her and watched her suck it down.

Her thirst momentarily quenched, she finally looked around, “Where did 
Lynch go? I didn’t mean to drive him away. Of course, that leaves more 
ale for me, so I won’t complain too loudly. Not that the two of you left 
much.”

She laughed at him. “Are you ever going to speak?”

"A teddy bear?", Sennianus said to himself, "Do I look like a teddy bear?"

Lek sighed. "I didn't travel all the way down here to listen to this.", 
she said, and she punched Sennianus in the shoulder. "Come on, you dope, 
let's do something fun."

Sennianus smiled. "Fun... I can think of a few things to do that would 
be fun."

Lek grinned up at him, “I can think of some fun things, too, and the 
gods know that I can trust you to be creative, but that sort of 
playing’s not exactly what I had in mind. The next time we play that 
way, we’re going to take all night.”

Sennianus refilled her mug, “What did you have in mind, then?”

“I want to get warmed up for tomorrow, and I want you to show me what 
you’ve got. You know, I need to make sure you’re ready.”
