Aimlessly putting foot in front of foot, Ikalak city loomed in the 
distance, a giant feature to guide Danzi's slow wanderings. Dried blood 
stained brown on her hands. 'Whose blood is that?' she wondered vaguely.

She felt incredibly tired, so very weary. The dizziness was returning 
again. She was always fighting to survive, always fighting to escape the 
danger, but not today. As she allowed her mind to gratefully embrace the 
darkness, her body fell limp into the dust.

Two women debated over the woman lying in the dusty road,

"She has a noble crest here" one said, pointing at her cloak.

"She is malnourished, I would guess she has not been fed for days. She 
must be an outcast. We should just leave her." replied the other.

"But perhaps she was kidnapped", the first protested.

"Look at her clothes, these weapons... she is not a victim. She will 
bring us nothing but trouble, we must wash our hands of this one." 
insisted the second, becoming animated.

"It is still at the beginning, but look closely. She is with child, we 
can't just leave her"

The second woman scowled slightly,

"Well, then give her some Cotton Root Bark tea before she wakes, its 
very effective at ending pregnancies. It will certainly be a blessing 
for the baby. Move her to the shade and leave her with some food if you 
insist, but I won't accept taking her near my home."
