placed the first stone for the building that would be the new royal 
palace of Perdan.

Facing the people gathered, they all hushed to hear the Queen speak,

"Hence forth the capital of Perdan will be located in Perdan city"

A loud cheer erupted from the crowd, and coloured rice was tossed into 
the air in celebration.

Evangeline turned towards Duke Nightmare who smiled and nodded with 
approval, his new wife Lady Stefany standing tall beside him was also 
smiling.
