[RPG] [FEI] [Svunnetland] A messenger

A lone rider appears outside the gates of Ipsosez. He carries a
jasmine branch in one hand, lifted high above his head. In the other,
he carries a banner of truce. He wears the sigul of Palnasos on his
Tunic... which is colorful and bright. By his garb, he can be guessed
to be one of Adrahil's Hedonists. The rider hails the gates,
requesting entry.

"I carry a message for Queen Hoshi, and am instructed to deliver it to
her personally. Will you suffer me to enter?"
