/He talked to Hoshi about trivalities, he talked and talked with hardly 
a sound coming from her nor much acknowledgement.  Which was it was not 
that long ago that he sat in the position that she was now... and though 
he only caught half of what was said... if even that... he appreciated 
the company nonetheless./

 

/He saw the break coming a mile away.  Time she would use to make 
headway on her issues instead of simple responses and sticking her 
finger in the dyke of diplomacy in hopes that it would not crumble and 
fail.  She would not get the chance, he locked the door behind the most 
recent individual that had urgent business with the Queen, turned to his 
wife's desk which was quickly becoming her cell to rescue her.  She 
intitially didn't see nor understand the rescue effort was for her sake 
but he remained undaunted in his mission of mercy.  The master suites 
doors with a well placed kick slammed shut dropping the latch into place. /

 

/They were alone, and he was in mind to create a prince or princess for 
the Kingdom/...
