The gag was pulled out of Sohei's mouth so that he could reply to the 
question he was just asked. But he said nothing, the muscles of his jaw 
clinching to keep him from speaking. All he could do was watch in 
horror. As this innocent family was cooked alive before him. He couldn't 
do anything but watch.
