  Hoshi rode on a grim determination...to save what she could though she  knew that there none would come to stand with Svunnetland...
  
  Senoske insisted she had sent a forgery of Arkenine to him...when she had sent the original...
  
  The city was under seige....Sabastian wounded....Morthwyl as well...It  is an unsettling thing to know that no matter what you do or say no one  will listen to you...their own agenda's driving them...
  
  Palnasos had been saved from the demon god...and for what?  So  that Nighthelm could come and take it...and what would Nighthelm do  with it?  Keep or hand it off to the Commonwealth so that a new  colony could be started?
  
  The rumors that had ciruculated for weeks now seemed to be coming  true...plans that had been laid long ago...when the rulers of the Far  East decided Svunnetland was only good for the spoils of war to be  divided among themselves...
