[RPG] [FEI][Arcachon] A new resolve

Dormondt was walking through the temple grounds after another lesson with
the people of Enlod. The last few days had been difficult to say the least.
He'd had no idea the amount of work that Lechis did every day, counseling
people, teaching the classes in the monastery while a new Hand of the Hearth
was found, the day to day tasks of keeping the various factions of the Way
running in the same direction. He was tired and he missed the strange woman
that had become a true, if sometimes hard and distant, friend.

He had been returning to planting a small Hawthorn seedling by the spring in
the temple grounds, feeding it from a bucket at his side, when he saw a
travel wearied Elerik Taim enter the grounds and go to the residence. It was
apparent that he was looking for someone. It came to him in a rush that
Elerik and the others had been on the mainland when Lechis had passed on,
and the Hand of the Blade had no idea that she was gone. Watching him, it
was apparent that Elerik knew something was amiss. He looked around the
Temple, expecting to find something, anything that would explain what was
going on…

Dormondt rose from his task and walked up behind the seeker, placing his
hand upon his shoulder. Elerik turned and as their eyes met a rush of
understanding came to Elerik's face…

Tell me what happened, Elerik began, and Dormondt told him of the last few
days, recounting the eve of her passing and the journey that had started for
Dormondt from that point. As the evening wore on and a significant dent was
put into a cask of mead that Dormondt had opened in the kitchen of the
house, his story came to a close and a determined look came upon his face…

We must bring the people together. Lechis had made it her life's work, and
her passing does not complete that task. The people of the Dark Isle have a
potential that they have forgotten. It is up to those of the Way to remind
them…
