Hoshi woke with a  start...still hot from the fever...Aimee still sat at her side...she  looked about...but no one else was there...the healers were at hand  should they be needed...but there was nothing that needed tending at  the moment...Hoshi's eyes were dull...clouded...
  
  "Aimee...you should leave the region with the others...there is no  reason for you   to put yourself in danger here..."Hoshi  whispered...anger flashed in Aimee's eyes...and Hoshi closed hers...
