The letter to Dyre came to Brooke as she waited an audience with the Queen of Svunnetland. 

Hoshi nodded to the paige who announced the Brook of the House of Eiryn wished an audience..."Show her in and see to it some tea is sent in...thank you."

Hoshi sat and waited for Brook to enter...she did not know the woman personally, but Einar had spoken of her before.
