*Hireshmont stands at the entrance to the throne room. Outside,
thousands of peasants have gathered to see the coronation. A long
orange carpet leads from the doorway in which Hireshmont stands to
the throne. He stands, wearing simple garments: the garments of a
warrior. He wears a plain dulled orange hauberk without insignia over
his mail armor, his gauntleted hands loose at his side.*

*The Qyrvaggian monks finish their funeral dirge for King Marc, and
Amekal steps forward, with Queen Baiko on the right side of the throne*

"The Prince may now approach the throne, under the grace of Qyrvagg."

*Hireshmont, without speaking, smoothly, walks forward to the throne,
the chair quickly becoming know as a "Lay-z-boy". He stands before
it, the crowd is silent.*

"Kneel!" commands Amekal.

*Hireshmont kneels, and bows his head. The steward picks up the Crown
of Ancient Irombrar, and passes it to Queen Baiko. She holds it out
to Amekal, who sprinkles annointing oil over it.*

"May the spirit of Ancient Irombrar be in your crown, and in you. May
Qyrvagg guide you in war and peace. May you serve Irombrozia loyally,
and they you. May your reign be long and prosperous. May you defend
the realm and crown, and protect it's honor. Swear it!" declares Amekal.

"I swear it!" replies Hireshmont forcefully.

"By the power vested in me as Queen of Irombrozia, I give this crown,
the crown of Ancient Irombrar, to you, Hireshmont Vellos, chosen heir
of King Marc the Eternal. I henceforth declare you King Hireshmont
the Great, King and Protector of Irombrozia!"

*Hireshmont stands, and turns to face the crowd. The steward kneels
before him, and holds out King Marc's sword. Hireshmont takes it, and
slowly inspects the blade. Finally, he looks out over the crowd*

"Hail Irombrozia!" he shouts.

*The crowd erupts into jubilation, and great festivities ensue.*
