He wasnt the heartless bounty hunter he used to be, the emotionless blade
for hire. All that had changed along time ago, he no longer kept his
feelings hidden inside. He had a sense of self, a sense of purpose, he was
whole again. No whole person should be subject to such treatment, the pain
endured in torture is much greater than that of death. The cuts and bruises
will heal, but the scars will always remain , a testament to the blood debt
of that day. Tonight that debt was to be repaid. His bones themselves ached
as reminder to his vendetta, to drive his sore muscles forward. Moving as a
silhouette in the night he slipped between the field camps patrols. "I will
grant you the privelege of death that you so sadistically denied me",
Glorawarthien whispered from behind with his hands clasped over Kanuni's
mouth to muffle his cries. He drove his dagger deep in this targets chest
directed at the heart. Kanuni quickly loss consciousness from the loss of
blood and Glorawarthien left him lying bloodied on the floor of his tent.
Silently he slipped into the shadows, a debt repaid.
