As we speak Zonasa is moving to Ahael to help defend against any northern aggression...I actually expect the aggression to come from GA not Lasanar...but time will tell.

And while we are all gathered here there are other matters that need discussing...

First let us start with military business...Morthwyl...we may be called upon to aid SoC and Soliferium in the near future...should that happen I hope you will put aside your dislike for both of those realms rulers and work with their generals...I know that many of you wish to storm into SoC and retake Palnasos by force...but there are other options...and we may well have it back before we know it...with out turning SoC into an enemy to do so."

"On to some realm business...I know that the reintroduction of William Draconis has caused a lot of unrest...a lot of bitterness...and a lot of fighting...and I know that there are those among us who wish me to ban him once again and be done with him...My husband feels his presence here weakens his position in the realm and makes him look the cuckhold...something I disagree with entirely...for I do not nag Einar nor expect him to behave only in the manner I wish him to behave...and I guess in my book a cukhold is a henpecked man...and Einar is not henpecked...

I know that Morthwyl and Ariana have both exchanged angry words with William...and that William has provoked some of the angry response he has gotten...he has indeed killed some scribes...but I would like to remind you that I have killed more than just scribes as was dictated by my membership in the Greencloaks...and killed these people for nothing more sometimes than the experience it gave me or the coin it brought to the guildhouse...so I am not hurrying to pass judgement over a few dead messengers...

It is not my intention to embarrass you Einar or make you less than you are...You are great man...and strong warrior...you are honorable and you are my husband...I love you very much.

William offered his services to the realm...his skill with a bow and arrow...and a blade...as well has troops to help us in a time when things were not going well for us...and now he pledges his service to this realm...he offers a voice and an opinion that are not the same as everyone elses...and yes he is headstrong...and beligerant and completely without tact...but he is a man who fights for honor...

So I find myself being told I must choose to loose a warrior for Svunnetland...a man who will take an active and vocal role in the realm...when the only people who are active and vocal in this realm are the 5 of us in this council for the most part...Or I must choose to loose my husband because I let William back into the realm...

I do not see this world so neatly laid out...with choices being so single sided...with and either this or that choice...my dealings with the world have taught me that we cannot govern our lives with ultimatums...

Yes I am dragging my heals on this issue...because I find myself caught in the crosshairs...and I think that my decision has the potential to be quite destructive to Svunnetland...no matter what the decision is...

I am aware this is no answer to the quandry before us...and I realize you want an answer...I am sorry...it is not my intention to make this a difficult path for any of us to travel."
