Lady Menelmereth,
your speech strikes me as fair wording for an evil deed.
You claim to be an honest Duchess, looking out for the best interest of your
people. Yet before you hear charges, brought against you by the Judge, you
run and hide and take the half of Lasanar with you. That is not peaceful,
that is not serving justice, that is wanting to have your own realm.
Do not pretend to be straight up. If you were such an honest person, you
would have stood trial and proven the Judges' charges false.
And now you blame the system you so very adamently advocated whilst still in
Lasanar. You claim to have spoken with your fellow Dukes, where they do not
know of any conversation. My Lady, your own knights have brought your lies
to the light...
Instead of debating what you saw a good way to run a Republic, you stole
off.
Instead of acting as a fair Duchess, who serves the needs of her people AND
her country, you decided to play Queen.
You say Dukes get no respect or room. No Duke ever complained, not even you.
It all adds up too nicely.
You know, I spoke of secession in the Dukes' council once, as I believed
Lasanar was too big and the feudal system not working out. I would have
supported entertaining the thought of a split.
But in this treacherous, selfserving way it will not stand.
Have fun on your powertrip while it lasts.

>>From the day I became Duchess of Colasan, I had aimed to return it to its

>Ozrat, the people of the city complained daily. Colasan could not became
>the

>warehouses in the north. It is so wrong for a duchess to want whats best
>for
>her people? The people of Lasanar call for war again, if only they could be
>so passionate after the Duchy of Colasan lost Lenamaziel. I had joined the
>Feudal Republic of Lasanar because of their philosophy of the feudal

>where knights are loyal to their liege and dukes ruled their duchy freely.
>The concept of this government system differed much from the traditional
