>From the day I became Duchess of Colasan, I had aimed to return it to its
former glory, but it saddens me it could not be done under the Lasanar
banner. Colasan has never been the same since the capital was moved to
Ozrat, the people of the city complained daily. Colasan could not became the
focus of trade it once was, rather Lasanars food was left to rot in
warehouses in the north. It is so wrong for a duchess to want whats best for
her people? The people of Lasanar call for war again, if only they could be
so passionate after the Duchy of Colasan lost Lenamaziel. I had joined the
Feudal Republic of Lasanar because of their philosophy of the feudal system,
where knights are loyal to their liege and dukes ruled their duchy freely.
The concept of this government system differed much from the traditional
system where to serve ones realm is ones only purpose. I am sorry to say the
Feudal system does not work, dukes do not recieve the freedom nor respect to
make such a system succeed in Lasanar. I still do not know what I have done
to be requested to step down, I only know I was accused of Usurping power
from the council, but my only actions have been within the bounds of my own
Duchy. So it is with mixed emotions that I announce the formation of the
Monarchy of Miraglonn. The term Miraglonn comes from an ancient tongue for
treasured pass. The name was chosen carefully to reflect the values of this
realm. The same values of the first realm based out of Colasan, a peaceful
realm based on an economy of trade. We do no seek war, nor do we wish to
fight war. If other realms do not wish for the existance of a peaceful
trading realm then I will sadly see its end.
