the specifics is that they went to colonise some place without the 
blessing of the parent realm at time of embarkation, something that's 
rather too common, to be dead honest... and got caught in no man's land. 
of course, as I said.. they probably would have been banned anyway.

Would there have been a problem if they were banned (and it not bugged) 
then join Shadovar instead of wandering around as "rogue"?
