To a certain extent, we're never going to get away from it.  We  
frequently have legitimate OOC needs that we want to bring into the  
game: parking a character in the capital while I go on vacation, for  
example, or switch class to bureaucrat because I can't log in that  
often.  I'd rather that people take the time and effort to roleplay  
it and come up with IC reasons than to just do it and not think about  
it.
