Name names, please. Don't go throwing around vague accusations without
substantiation. Rumour mongering only leads to probems.

As a founding member of Morek, and one of the nobles who helped in the
formation and early development of it, I can confidently say that there was no
*OOC* agreement between Morek and any other realm as to the division of
land on Dwilight. Morek had *IC* treaties setting boundaries between Morek
and Springdale, and Morek and Pian en Luries. You can find at least the
Morek/Pian treaty on the wiki, and possibly the Morek/Springdale treaty as well.
If there were any OOC agreement made with Morek, it would have had to have
been by the ruler alone without the knowledge or consent of anyone else in the
realm. And I honestly can't see Jesse (Deverka) being involved in that.

As for other realms, I have no idea what they may or may not have agreed to
do. Madina's colonies encroaching on the territory of Everguard, and then
Morek's colony doing the same, indicates that at least these two realms either
didn't have any agreements, or ignored them.

It's rather obvious that Everguard has planned out the ownership of the entire
northern half of the western island. But I have no reason to believe that's OOC
in any way. It *could* be OOC, but I wouldn't believe that unless someone
comes forward with proof.
