  As the player of Madina's Judge, I'll agree that it didn't seem
entirely like powergaming. Your timing was worthy of setting up a long
standing feud, but unless you were coordinating the effort on a more
OOC basis than IC one, there would (or should) be enough universal IC
fallout from such oathbreaking to make up for it.

  It's an edge case though- if you had OOC contact with other
governments and agreements that they'd ignore the IC fallout your
actions should have had, then it would definitely cross the line, and
I can see the Titans wanting to be sure that people don't even come
near it.
