Quite the opposite, actually.

Updating the database can be done relatively easily.  What's hard is  
getting out the original maps, removing the old region name, and  
putting in the new region name--then making sure that all the  
individual region minimaps are updated with the new images.

Anyone who has played on a South Island since the addition of Dakan  
knows what I'm talking about...
