Do we really want it to be?  At a certain point, we gotta wonder
something that's been mentioned before...At what point will BM stop
being a game and start being a medieval simulator.

If you're a duchy thats mad at another duchy, secede or something.
Join another realm, make your own realm, you can do that.  I know
we're moving away from the realm-centric concept, but declaring war on
a portion of your own realm seems to take that to a whole new level.
