[Discuss] Titan Reporting

Now I find this highly ironic, as just about three weeks ago someone got 
a public warning in my realm for doing that very same thing.  They said 
something along the lines of "This is getting out of hand, and unless we 
can bring a resolution to it, I am going to have to get the Titans 
involved."   Someone reported him.  There was no bolt, and the public 
warning was effectively a catalyst to ending the mess, so it worked out, 
but I still find it funny. 

I suppose there is a lot to do with the context surrounding each issue, 
and am not complaining, just thought I would share a related story...
