[Discuss] A few days of Micromanagement Tolerance?

Why would the General be telling his whole realm what he told his Marshals to do? The General rarely discusses his orders with anyone beyond the Marshals and Council. The Marshal routinely discusses with a large group of people who may have accidentally gotten booted from their army.

I think it's time to apply a little common sense to the situation and not make this Yet Another General/Marshal Discussion that goes round and round for days.
