And on the other side of the argument, I'd still much rather see that 
Rulers, Judges, Bankers and Generals can not also be a Duke or Lord, 
because it just means fewer people get to have a position, and that 
means the interest they bring is spread out less, and there are fewer 
personalities to RP with when communicating with senior realm members.
