It wasn't in reply to me (at least, he doesn't play any Judge in the 
realms *I'm* in), and unless I have *very* much mistaken the intent of 
the original post, this thread is not about getting rid of an existing 
Judge, but appointing a new one when there *is* none.  There *is* no way 
to get rid of a sitting Judge save protesting him out of office.
