[Discuss] Dwilight Names

There are quite a few names in my realm THat I could ooc ban, some more
justified than others. Is the name change provision still in effect? I am
under the impression that it is not but I don't know and am putting that
power on hiatus till I know that nothing is being done.  Names such as TC
were in my own 'gray area.'  He claims it is intials and they are not
arbitrary letters. I am on the fence of what to do with him.
