Then you are putting a cloud over every General in the game, making them
fear that anything they say--*ANYTHING*--if it's not just to their
Marshals, could get them deleted.

You are condemning them to only being able to play part of the game, by
preventing them from taking part in any realmwide discussions, or
duchywide discussions, or any discussions that aren't purely with their
Marshals, because if you won't give us *anything* more than you have
done, then anything they say could be interpreted by you as an attempt
to circumvent the system, even if that was in no way their intent.

I understand your severe aversion to giving straight answers, but in
this case it goes too far. It takes away fun for many, many people for
fear of giving some *hypothetical* rules-lawyering powergamer the
ammunition to say, "But you said--".

And so what if that hypothetical powergamer does say that? Your word is
not a legal document, and your judgment is not that of a court of law.
You are the absolute ruler of BattleMaster. You *can* give the majority
of the playerbase guidance, while still punishing those who try to
circumvent the spirit of the rules while following the letter.
